Refund policy
Returns:
We make our products to the highest quality but in case you do not like it, we are currently unable to accept returns. In an unlikely cases where the product received is not in its intended condition, is damaged or missing parts at the time of delivery. Any such item should be reported within 3 days of the receipt of the item. Please retain the original packaging of the product/s to ship them back to us safely and we will arrange for a replacement of the same article. We'll share a pickup label with you, which is to be printed and pasted on the original packaging before handing it out to the pickup executive.
Eligibility: Any modifications or alterations made to the products post purchase are not recommended and will void the returns availability.
Exclusions: This Warranty does not cover following type of damages, defects identified like damages due to inadequate maintenance of the product, Mishandling, excessive loading and negligence in usage. This Return Policy will also not cover wear and tear due to regular usage of the product as well as any variations due to natural characteristics of the materials used. LACONIFERA PRODUCTS LLP's decision shall be final with respect to nature of defect and applicability of Return Policy.
Note: Wooden products are made using natural hardwood which has natural grains and shades. Concrete products are made by hand. Minor undulations, lines and texture are to be expected. Any minor variations are a natural part of the product and do not quality as damage or defect.
Refunds (if applicable)
We offer returns on articles that cannot be replaced. Once the product is received and inspected for eligible returns, we will send you an email notifying you that a refund has been initiated. Your refund will be processed in your original method of payment within 3-5 working days from the receipt of the returned item.
For custom & B2B orders, any payment delays beyond 5 business days will lead to cancellation of the order with no refunds of the advance payment.
Late or missing refunds(if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same reason, send us an email at team@laconifera.com.
Cancellations
For direct sales from the website, once the products is dispatched, we do not accept cancellations. In case, your products haven't been dispatched we charge a 5% cancellation fee on the total order value and the remaining amount would be refunded in your original method of payment within 3-5 working days from the receipt of the returned item.
